Full-time 40 hours per week, or part-time considered

Shift pattern:
Alternate weekly shifts 07:45–16:15 and 10:00–18:30 (flexible 4-day week considered)

Saturday: 1 in 4, 08:30–12:30 with TOIL given the following week

We are looking ਰੌ motivated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our small animal practice in Wilmslow. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, supportive practice where you will be fully involved in medical and surgical nursing, as well as nurse‑led consultations.

You will have the chance to work with a wide variety of cases, and our visiting surgical and imaging specialists allow for exposure to a broader clinical experience. There are no out‑of‑hours shifts, and the practice is open from 8:00am to 6:30pm.

Our practice is located in beautiful Wilmslow, offering the perfect balance of countryside charm and town convenience, with Manchester just 30 minutes away by train. We are a first‑opinion practice with a passionate, friendly team who are committed to providing high standards of veterinary care.

You’ll join a dedicated nursing team of six experienced RVNs, with special interests in behaviour, feline medicine, consulting, wound management, nutrition, and anaesthesia. We have six vets (two full‑time, four part‑time), and the team works closely together to deliver the best care for our patients. We value collaboration, support, and regular social interaction to keep the team connected.

• Alternateörg weekly shifts:
  Early 07:45–16:15 / Late 10:00–18:30
• Flexible toc 4‑day week options can be discussed
• Weekend rota: 1 Saturday morning in 4, 08:00–12:30, with a TOIL half day given the following week
