are looking to expand our team with an experienced Conveyancer.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join our conveyancing
department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential
conveyancing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent
client service. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing
the full conveyancing process, advising clients, and contributing to our firm's growth
and success. Our work consists of direct referrals from mortgage brokers, estate
agents and recommendations. You will manage your caseload from inception to
completion. Our post-completion is outsourced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, from
initial instructions through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding property transactions, ensuring
compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, leases, and
agreements.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate
smooth transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and property searches to identify issues and
provide solutions.
- Keep clients informed throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring their needs
are met and expectations exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices in Conveyancing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with
a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and other professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases
simultaneously.
- Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing
outstanding client service.
