About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team specialising in construction recruitment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing skilled candidates across trades, technical, and professional roles, supporting our consultants and helping build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal database

* Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidate suitability

* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles

* Support consultants with CV formatting, compliance checks, and interview coordination

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date

* Provide exceptional candidate care and represent our brand with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing (construction sector preferred but not essential)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident using recruitment platforms and social media tools

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
