Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-calibre candidates across energy and investment markets
• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Produce market intelligence and talent insights for clients
• Support executive search processes from research through to placement
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs and market trends

Requirements

• Strong academic background
• Clear ambition to build a long-term career in executive search recruitment
• Research-driven experience is advantageous
• Background in Renewable Energy or Finance is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Fast learner with a proactive, self-starter mindset
