The focus of this role is to support Investors in the energy sector to grow their teams with exceptional candidates. You will build candidate pipelines, provide market-leading data insights and support our clients with accessing the top talent for their teams.

• Strong academic background
• A desire to succeed and build a career in exec search recruitment
• A background in research-based academia or job roles would be beneficial.
• A background in finance or legal would be beneficial but not required
