HMRCfilings,andregularclearcommunicationwiththeprojectstakeholders Preparestepsplanandcomprehensivetaxanalysisforprojects,clearlydocumentingthedifferenttaximplicationsofthestepsinvolvedwithreferencetotheappropriatelegislationandcaselaw,includingthefilingsanddeadlinesrequiredby
HMRCand/orothergovernmentbodies. Reviewtheprojectsbeingcompletedbythe Tax Adviser sand Junior Tax Advisers ,toensureallnecessarystepsarefollowedtomaintainintegritywith
HMRCandotherassociatedgovernmentbodies,whilstensuringthebestoutcomesaredeliveredfortheclient.
Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedtoreviewing
HMRCclearanceapplications,reviewingstepsplanandcompletingcomprehensivetaxanalysis. Contributetoastrongclientrelationshipthroughpositiveinteractionswithclientpersonnel.
Provideaccurateandcomprehensivetaxadvicetoclients. Delivercompanyproductsandserviceson-time(DOT) andwithinbudget(DIB) asperinternalandstatutorydeadlines. Handlesensitiveinformationinaconfidentialmanner. Offeradviceandsuggestionsforimprovementstobemade. Support,coachandmentor
TaxAdviserswithintheteamtodeveloptheirtechnicalknowledge. Inconjunctionwiththe Team Manager ,conduct1-1andbi-annualappraisalsfor
TaxAdviserteam. Supportjuniorstaffwithinternalandexternalqueries. Ensurecompliancewithlegal,taxandaccountingstandardsandcurrentcaselaw,through maintaining
CPDandothertrainingasrequired. Allemployeestakeresponsibilityformaximisingrevenue,costsavingandexpenditure Skills&Attributes required:
