Mortgage Advisor - Wilmslow / Glossop / Shaw

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150-advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

This role would support the Your Move estate agency businesses in the Shaw branch alongside the Reeds Rains Business operating from Wilmslow and Glossop.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 doe negotiable with an OTE of £70,000 +.

Should the advisor prefer the self-employed role then the splits are 70% on self gen with the leads provided 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.

• Support the Your Move estate agency businesses in the Shaw branch alongside the Reeds Rains operation in Wilmslow and Glossop.
• Provide mortgage and protection advisory services within the PRIMIS network.
• Work in a setting that may be on a full office basis or hybrid arrangement.

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for the Shaw area.

• Employed role: base salary £30,000 – £35,000 DOE, with OTE £70,000+
• Self-employed role: splits are 70% on self-gen with the leads provided paid at 45%
