We are seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at a well-established dental practice near Wilmslow. With strong internal referrals, investment in specialist services, and excellent patient demand, this is an ideal opportunity for a committed clinician looking to grow both clinically and financially within a high-performing team.

• Part-time – Monday to Wednesday – 3 days per week
• Up to £13 per UDA (D.O.E.)
• 1,000 UDAs annually per working day
• 45% split on all private treatments – fee per item and plan
• Packed patient diaries from day one – excellent and stable earning

• Demonstrated conversion record (Stable and increasing) – Proven record of up to £35k (Part-time) at their sister practice locally
• Incentives for Nursing staff to support ethical treatment conversion
• Emergency campaign generates 20 new patients daily
• Dedicated scripts, coaching, and marketing support to maximise earnings
