The primary purpose of this role is to assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care outcomes, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Supervision must align with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required to maintain the highest degree of quality care. The RN must follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Education & Qualifications- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
