Job Summary: Performs a variety of supply chain functions to ensure customer delivery compliance of their contracted finished goods products. This entails customer service, materials requirement planning, coordinating or purchasing materials (turnkey), managing inventory, and logistics.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Review materials demands and place PO within the specific timeline;
- Manage materials inventory, avoid shortage to production, and to achieve the best inventory turnover;
- Update certain level of ERP data;
- Monitor open PO report daily, expedite and advance inbound shipments with potential risk of delay;
- Review aging inventory weekly to avoid scrap and write off of ingredients;
- Monitor on hold raw materials status and take actions to clean up hold memo in time;
- Support vendor’s logistics team and their carriers with any inbound shipment related issues;
- Coordinate RMA return;
- Participate weekly planning meeting with supply planner and production scheduler;
- Facilitate and manage QN/NCMR completion, closure within 30 days and full financial recovery within 60 days;
- Day-to-day communications with internal customers regarding orders and/or supply concerns.

Proficiency in: MS Office, MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP ideal).
Experience: 3 or more years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food manufacturing environment.
Requirements for this position include the ability to occasionally access production and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be onsite with a company-assigned computer, headset, mouse, keyboard, and office supplies. Over time, outside of the regular business hours may be required occasionally, depending on the urgency of the business demand.
