Store Manager Kubota Dealership

Zimmer Tractor is expanding into Wilmington, Ohio. We are aKubota dealership specializing in light construction, agricultural, and turf equipment, and we’re breaking ground now on our new facility. We're hiring ahands-on Store Manager who will train at our Monroe, OH location before transitioning to lead the new Wilmington dealership.

This is a working-manager role leading an initial team of5–7 employees while participating directly insales, service intake, and parts counter support. If you enjoy leadership, customer service, and equipment, this role offers a unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new store.

• Lead day-to-day dealership operations (sales, parts, service, yard).
• Manage, schedule, train, and develop a team of 5–7 employees.
• Actively sell Kubota tractors, implements, attachments, and turf/construction equipment.
• Write service work orders and coordinate job flow with technicians.
• Assist customers at the parts counter when needed.
• Maintain store organization, safety, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Support new-store setup: inventory, systems, equipment lot layout, and customer processes.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high-quality experience.

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
  (dealership, retail, service, automotive, or equipment preferred).
• Sales experience
  in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience writing service work orders
  or managing service intake.
• Valid driver’s license
  with ability to operate dealership equipment (training provided).
• Ability to lift
  50 lbs
  and work on your feet as needed.
• Willingness to train at the Monroe, OH location until Wilmington opens.

• Dealership experience in
  ag, turf, compact construction, or outdoor power equipment
  .
• Kubota, Deere, Bobcat, Case, or similar brand experience.
• Experience managing3–10 employees
  . This number will grow as the business grows.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in service/parts environments.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
