Position SummaryThe Patient Care Coordinator – I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures and supports the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Core Responsibilities- Collect all money due at the time of service
- Convert referrals into evaluations
- Schedule patient visits
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting everyone in a friendly manner
- Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate through a great customer experience
- Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, deposits, and inventory
- Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance training
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Strong multitasking, organizational detail, and deadline management ability with minimal supervision
- Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member
- Full-time position operating within normal business hours Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend events as needed
- Sedentary work with frequent computer use, typing, and screen reading
- Occasional light lifting of 0–20 lbs. and occasional walking, standing, and pushing or pulling 0–20 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and hear accurately in all situations
