Position SummaryIn this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees while complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental health and safety, with the ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective safety programs. Your expertise will help us identify potential hazards, facilitate training sessions, and conduct assessments to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Scopeof Responsibilities
You will work closely with various departments, as well as the Japan partners to promote a culture of safety and compliance across the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing incident reports to proactively prevent future occurrences and improve overall safety measures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and implement workplace safety programs and policies.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
- Perform assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Facilitate safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Analyze incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation regarding safety protocols and incidents.
- Perform all daily, weekly, monthly assigned tasks
- Update/Review EHS policies and documentation
- Corporate Safety Performance Presentations
- Perform training for associates as requested
- Train the Trainer
- Coordinate fire/EMS/Tornado drills
- Compliance audits
- ASES Audits and follow-up
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety or environmental health role.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk and compile reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in safety management or related discipline preferred, such as CSP or CIH.
