- Review contracts for both commercial and technical data
, ensuring compliance with internal policies - Cross-check documentation on file and request missing or corrected documents from customers
- Input and maintain contracts‑related data in the company‑wide lease management system and update company procedures for data management.
- Assist in ongoing documentation monitoring and administration for leased assets
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business or pre‑law program with at least two years of college coursework completed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze contracts and related documents
- Attention to detail and strong data entry/organization skills
- Experience or coursework related to contract management, compliance, or risk assessment
- Familiarity with lease management systems or asset tracking databases
- Interest in aviation management and aircraft leasing operations
- Duration: May 26th – July 26th, 2026
- Housing: Available for eligible interns
All internship candidates must be at least 18 years of age and will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
High School or better in Accounting.
