Whether you’re stationed at the pool or chatting with members, you’ll be the first responder, safety enforcer, and maybe even a swim coach in the making.

• Rescue Ready:
  Monitor swimmers with vigilance and be prepared to dive in at a moment’s notice.
• Monitor Aquatic Areas:
  Maintain constant vigilance over swimming pools and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety for all patrons.
• Emergency Response:
  Act quickly and effectively in emergencies, performing water rescues, administering CPR, and providing first aid as needed.
• Enforce Safety Rules:
  Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent unsafe behavior and ensure a safe environment for all.
• First Aid:
  Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed (training provided).
• Customer Service:
  Greet guests and assist with questions to ensure a positive experience at the facility.
• Swim Instruction (Bonus):
  Teach kids and adults how to swim, turning them into confident water enthusiasts.
• Team Player:
  Work with a supportive team to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct Safety Checks:
  Inspect rescue equipment, pool facilities, and water conditions regularly.
• Assist with Facility Maintenance:
  Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of pool attendance, water quality, and incidents or rescues.
• Continuous Training:
  Participate in regular training to stay current with safety protocols.

• Certified Lifeguard:
  Current lifeguard certification (assistance to obtain if needed).
• CPR and First Aid Certified:
  Ability to handle emergencies.

  Proficient in swimming.

• Ability to perform essential duties with physical strength and agility.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals, solvents, and related substances.

CPR & First Aid certification maintenance; emergency response, incident reporting, safe environment maintenance, physical readiness for safety tasks, and compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
