.NET Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced with strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core to join our team. This role involves developing, testing, and debugging software components, tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. The engineer will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of complex systems, converting legacy COM-based applications to modern .NET architectures, and ensuring best practices are implemented.

• Develop, test, and debug software, components, tools, and utilities for computer systems.
• Participate in analysis, design, and development of computer systems and applications.
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of complex components and large projects.
• Develop technical solutions to moderately complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
• Contribute to the completion of programs and projects where failure to achieve results may cause significant delays and expense.
• Work onsite 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
• Convert multiple platforms comprised of COM executables and DLLs to modern .NET/.NET Core architectures.
• Implement best practices for chosen architectures.
• Work across disciplines including operating systems, databases, compilers, networks, algorithms, and Internet-related tools.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

5+ years of experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core application development.

• Proficiency in C#, Visual , ASP.NET, , SQL Server, MVC, SSIS.
• Familiarity with client/server RDBMS systems.
• Experience with UX/UI design and development.

• Strong database technology and SQL expertise.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Lab.
• Experience with WPF, MAUI, WinUI, or Blazor.

• Experience developing web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Data access using Object Relational Models (Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Application development with Windows Presentation Foundation.
• Application performance troubleshooting and tuning (memory leaks, debugging, performance optimization).

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small development team.
• Ability to work with solution customers (Manufacturing Engineering & Operations) to resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey information to team members, customers, and stakeholders.
