POSITION SUMMARYJoin the YMCA, a leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As our Family Engagement Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and leadership to programs that make families feel genuinely connected to the Y.
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee our vibrant Child Watch program, manage and elevate YMCA Birthday Party experiences, and design fun, engaging programs for youth and families that enhance the member experience. Your week will be a mix of hands‑on interaction with children and families, planning and executing exciting events like Kid’s Night Out, and fulfilling essential administrative responsibilities that keep our programs running smoothly.

To make sure youth and family programs achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA, operate efficiently, and serve children and their families in the most effective, beneficial manner. The development of a competent, committed staff team within the program(s). High quality, innovative programming (with an emphasis on positive peer interactions, team building, community service, and asset building).
