Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on diesel engines and related systems.
  • Repair and replace defective components in excavators, dozers, dump trucks, and tractor trailers.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all repairs.
  • Collaborate with field and shop teams to coordinate repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure safety compliance in all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals as part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic working on heavy equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Experience servicing excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and tractor trailers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both shop and field settings.
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with company policy.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday (Soon changing to Monday - Thursday)
  • Full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime during peak workload periods.

  • Based out of 4 Seasons Demolition Inc, with shop responsibilities and occasional field service travel.
