Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful properties, Arboretum West and Arboretum Village, located in Wilmington, NC. • Oversee daily operations:
  Maintenance, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs:
  Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants:
  Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance:
  Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

• Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Hands‑On:
  Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule:
  
  On‑call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy:
  Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
