Lead a team of exterior service technicians to deliver exceptional service;
Perform and supervise commercial landscape and exterior building/grounds maintenance;
Provide on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices;
Utilize technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping;
Troubleshoot, prioritize, and coordinate landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks with strong customer service orientation
