The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance service of our customers' fleet. A strong mechanical background is required along with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

• Use of Smartphone, Laptop, and Tablet Technology to Record all Repairs
• Repairs and Maintains Light & Medium Duty Customer Vehicles
• Some Heavier Class 8-9
• Experience with industrial and heavy equipment helpful (skid steer, backhoe, farm tractors, trailers, ATVs, etc.)
• Standard Tech Owned Tools Required
• Major Shop Tools and Diagnostic Equipment is Provided
• Other duties may be assigned

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
• The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
• The associate must be able to read and write detailed reports.
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in engines, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work order entry
• Must have own tools

• Valid Driver's License
• Current CDL or ability to acquire CDL (class B or higher)
• ASE certifications are a plus
