• ✔ 2+ years of HVAC or commercial refrigeration service experience
• ✔ Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, plus repair best practices
• ✔ Clear, respectful communication skills
• ✔ Ability to build trust with clients and team members
• ✔ Efficiency in diagnostics and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems
• ✔ Passion for learning and energy‑efficient solutions
• ✔ Valid driver’s license
• ✔ Ability to work independently and on a team
• ✔ Excellent customer service skills
• ✔ Physically able to lift heavy equipment
• ✔ Willingness to join our after‑hours on‑call rotation

• 🔧 Experience with parallel rack, cascade, or scientific refrigeration systems
• 📦 Strong organizational skills for truck stock & service calls
• 💻 Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software
• 🍽️ Background in restaurant or rack refrigeration
• 🧊 Experience assembling walk‑in coolers & freezers
