• Install and service satellite dishes and receivers.
• Develop positive customer relationships and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide clear recommendations for solutions and products that meet customer needs.
• Perform multi‑tasking and work independently.
• Maintain safety protocols and adhere to company procedures.

• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 36 feet and lift 60–80 pounds.
• Capacity to work in environments that are not heated, air‑conditioned, and may involve kneeling, crawling, or bending.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
• Flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
