Security Officer - Overnight Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site staff, residents, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site leadership and/or local responders as needed;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and help manage visitor flow in accordance with site rules and posted procedures;
Document security-related observations, patrol findings, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate pertinent information to oncoming personnel and site contacts
