Sales Representative, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Overview
Ideal for a candidate passionate about technology and customer service, who enjoys building meaningful relationships and wants to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Saturday shifts are rotational, typically 2 Saturdays on, 4 Saturdays off. If you work on a Saturday, you will be given a half-day off during the week.
Compensation: $15/hour Base + Performance Bonus. Team members who consistently meet performance goals typically earn an additional $3-$5 per hour, bringing your total hourly rate to $16-$20.

Growth Opportunities – Where Could You Be in the Next Year or Two (or Three!)
As a Sales Executive, you’ll start by mastering our sales process, learning our repair workflow, and understanding what customers actually need. In your first year, you’ll focus on building relationships, improving your sales skills, and becoming confident recommending repairs, protection plans, upgrades, and replacement options.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn company-sponsored certifications (such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals and A+). If you’re highly motivated and demonstrate strong performance, you may be eligible to transition into a full-time technical role after one year, if a position is available.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for (Sales – Primary):
- Convert inquiries into sales by assisting customers over the phone and in person
- Recommend tailored solutions, including screen protectors, protection plans, SSD upgrades, RAM upgrades, onsite services, and small business technology solutions when applicable
- Manage customer check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Client prospecting and outreach to follow up with past and existing customers about upgrades, replacements, and additional services
- Resolve customer concerns with calm, clear communication while protecting customer loyalty
- Maintain an organized store environment that is clean, welcoming, and professional
- Manage retail inventory by tracking, ordering, and maintaining product/accessory stock
- Develop sales and technical expertise across consumer and small business technology
Repair (Secondary)
- Phone repairs including common repairs like screens, batteries, and charge ports (training provided based on experience)
- Refurbish and set up devices for sale, ensuring computers, phones, and tablets are clean, updated, and ready for customers
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation for potential offsite sales opportunities
- Independent & Self-Driven: Able to manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision
