• Prospect and generate new business leads in the region
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Promote Mega Corp logistics services and solutions to key accounts
• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Negotiate rates, terms and pricing with carriers and customers
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to achieve results
• Use data‑driven decisions to inform strategy and execution

• 6‑month paid training program with hands‑on learning from the broker team
• Peer mentorship and peer shadowing across departments

• 35% uncapped commission

• Competitive base salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year

• High school degree or GED (required)
• Prior customer service or sales experience (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in logistics or transportation (preferred)
• Negotiation and management skills (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 with 35% uncapped commission.
