Position Overview:We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Producers
. This role is a 1099 commission-based position and provides an exceptional opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a passion for helping others. - Educate clients on insurance products tailored to meet their unique needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly in the senior community.
- Assist clients in securing life insurance policies, final expense coverage, and other financial solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to provide personalized recommendations.
- Manage your own schedule and achieve personal sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training provided by NASB.

- Strong sales or customer service background (e.g., car sales, solar sales, retail, etc.).
- Passion for helping others and creating meaningful client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background and fingerprint check.
- Life Insurance license preferred but not required (training and assistance provided to obtain a license).
