- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to grow in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated drive to succeed and achieve goals.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.

Compensation details: $80,000–$150,000 yearly salary.
