Position Summary
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.
- Help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
- Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and have access to ready carts.
- Assist members with loading their vehicles and providing excellent customer service throughout the club.
- Remain on your feet, working on the go through all weather conditions.
- Stay up to speed with safety sweeps, merchandise handling procedures, and promptly report unsafe situations.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and use cash registers in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote the company’s products and services, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Collaborate with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks and identify improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage: $16.00 to $23.00. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Salary InformationThe actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
