Overview

Inbound Expert ponsible for operations, inventory management, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across General Merchandise (GM) areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service. Supports pick, pack, and ship fulfillment and helps maintain product availability, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor.

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive Up (DU) while maintaining compliance with laws (including federal, state, and local adult beverage laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable attendance (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
