Showroom Coordinator – Wilmington, NC

• Schedule='/ti/f10/09/ta-p06rndrum/-' Monday‑Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, occasional Saturday 10 AM – 2 PM
• Starting Pay: $20/hour (potential increase based on experience)

• Greet guests upon arrival, learn their motivation for the visit, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy optimally.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and task‑oriented.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $15.00 – $21.68 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive‑plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations.
