- Providing compassionate consultations tailored to each customer’s needs and lifestyle.
- Demonstrating the Good Feet product lines with the intention of helping, supporting, and providing excellent solutions to customer concerns and goals.
- Educating customers on how a 3‑Step system or 3‑Step Bundle supports their wellness goals.
- Providing personalized consultative fittings, including standing, walking, and kneeling to ensure correct product size and support.
- Professionally supporting customers during balance, walking, and other fit‑testing activities.
- Assisting the store in creating an environment conducive to achieving both team and personal goals based on company metrics.
- Supporting individual team members’ growth through ongoing coaching and engagement in company initiatives.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to optimize scripts, product knowledge, and sales objectives.
- Keeping return percentages under company benchmarks.
- Maintaining professionalism in all communication and business activities.
- Handling product deliveries and assisting with inventory management.
- Completing opening and closing operations as directed by the sales management team.
- Engaging in regular store and company‑wide meetings, virtual or in‑person as appropriate.
- Embracing the Easy Step Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.
- Medical, dental, vision, HSA, accidental, and disability insurance for full‑time employees after 60 days.

- Paid Time Off accruing on the first payroll cycle.
- Work‑life balance schedule: 10 AM‑7 PM, Monday‑Saturday; closed Sundays.
- Paid Saturday lunches for specific store goals being met.
- Discounts on products purchased in store.
- Earn points for discounts on experiences or currency that can be cashed out for gift cards.
Hourly Base + Commission
- Average annual amount: $60,000–$80,000.
- Base hourly rates are paid every two weeks for hours worked.
- A tiered commission structure based on total sales from the previous month.
- Commission is paid monthly.
Skills and Abilities
- Mindset geared toward brightening customers’ days through friendly, respectful consultations.
- Drive to reach set goals and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
- Collaborative approach to team building and continued training opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and efficient.
- Previous use of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Previous use of POS systems preferred.
- Understanding of sales metrics and KPIs preferred.
- Passionate about the value and wellness benefits of Good Feet products.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Consultative or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, assisting customers with shoe removal or donning, bending, reaching, and performing walk and balance tests.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ascending or descending ladders or step stools.
