Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Property Manager located in Wilmington, NC. The Property Manager will oversee all property-related operations, including tenant communications, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring timely rent collection. Responsibilities include resolving tenant concerns, conducting property inspections, managing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with local housing regulations. The role also entails liaising with property owners, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, knowledge of lease agreements, and proficiency in resolving tenant concerns
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for coordinating maintenance and overseeing property operations
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and rent collection
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with tenants and property owners
• Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site
