About Us• 8‑doctor practice, 5–6 doctors on the floor daily
• Average caseload of 19–22 patients per day
• Integrates general practice and urgent care, giving you opportunities to expand clinical skills

Full Time - Compensation: $24,000 – $27,000 based on experience
- Schedule:
Weekday shifts with rotating Saturdays - Hospital hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sun:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital
- Proficiency in patient restraint, venipuncture and subcutaneous injections, triage and history taking, vaccine protocol knowledge, client communication, sample collection, invoicing, and charging
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Experience with Cornerstone software, IDEXX lab equipment, and Scribenote AI charting tools (a plus)
- Provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work
- Guide and support the medical team, ensuring workflow efficiency and mentoring others
- Act as a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments and answering questions
- Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high standards
- Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program
- Current state veterinary technician license (RVT) in good standing
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures
- Calm and efficient approach, especially in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Preferred one year of experience in the veterinary industry
