• 8‑doctor practice, 5–6 doctors on the floor daily

• Average caseload of 19–22 patients per day

• Integrates general practice and urgent care, giving you opportunities to expand clinical skills

• Compensation: $24,000 – $27,000 based on experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital
• Proficiency in patient restraint, venipuncture and subcutaneous injections, triage and history taking, vaccine protocol knowledge, client communication, sample collection, invoicing, and charging
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Experience with Cornerstone software, IDEXX lab equipment, and Scribenote AI charting tools (a plus)

• Provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work
• Guide and support the medical team, ensuring workflow efficiency and mentoring others
• Act as a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments and answering questions
• Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high standards

• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program
• Current state veterinary technician license (RVT) in good standing
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures
• Calm and efficient approach, especially in stressful situations
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Preferred one year of experience in the veterinary industry
