Home Cleaning Specialist - Floater

Join Home Clean Heroes as a cleaning specialist and enjoy $15 -$18 per hour, along with quality paid training, company car while working, no nights or weekends, and paid holidays.

Home Clean Heroes is not your regular maid service – we are a fresh take on the home cleaning industry, setting the new standard for excellent customer service. Our cleaners are Heroes, not maids. A portion of every cleaning fee goes to support our local First Responders. We believe that quality service is built on reliability and customer confidence, so we go the distance to ensure that we provide professionals that our clients can trust.

No experience? If you have a willingness to learn, we provide the training! You need to have a great attitude and want to grow with our amazing and fun company!

This is a floater position. Employment is on an as-needed basis, without a long-term commitment or guaranteed hours. Floaters are usually hired for short-term or intermittent work, and your hours may vary based on our needs grows. This position is temporary, irregular, and has no expectation of ongoing employment. Casual workers are paid an hourly rate, and only paid for the hours they work.

You must be:

• Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
• A team player – you’ll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout Wilmington, Hockessin, and Newark.
• A hard worker – this is a physical job (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
• Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• A good driver with a valid license without restrictions
• Willing to submit to a national background check
