Become a Cleaning Hero and earn by joining Home Clean Heroes as a Cleaning Specialist. Compensation is $15 - $18 per hour, with the opportunity to increase earnings through bonuses and client tips. Paid training is provided, and a company car is available for use during work hours.

• Master Home Clean Heroes cleaning methods using professional products and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with a cleaning partner, serving homes in Wilmington, Hockessin, and Newark.
• Perform physical cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming with honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Work respectfully in homes with pets and safely operate a company vehicle with a valid license and clean driving record.
• Be willing to undergo a national background check.
