Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral in Wilmington, NC is hiring experienced Client Service Representatives to join their outstanding Overnight Emergency team!
Compensation: $/hr, based on experience. Additional $2.00/hr differential available when working past midnight!
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts.

Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral is seeking experienced Veterinary Receptionists to work on our day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend rotation is required. Shift differential ($2.00 per hour) is available when working past midnight. Veterinary experience required, with previous work in emergency and/or specialty practices preferred. The individual(s) must excel at multitasking and working cooperatively with others. Must be able to function in a professional manner in a fast paced, often stressful environment, while prioritizing responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Must be honest, reliable, flexible, independent, and have the proven ability to work in a fast paced-team environment while providing exceptional client communication and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Function effectively as part of a team as well as independently. The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays are a requirement of the job and reliability is a must.
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
