Role As Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in the clinical and operational success of the facility. You will:
- Lead and manage nursing operations across detox, residential, and outpatient levels of care
- Mentor and develop nurse leaders and direct-care staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance with TJC, CMS, state licensing, and accreditation standards (including OTP, DEA, and state mental health/health department certifications)
- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and budget stewardship
- Strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration across medical, clinical, and therapeutic teams
- Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement
- Contribute to executive decision‑making and support long‑range clinical planning

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Active RN license in the state required
- Minimum 3 years RN experience (6+ years preferred)
- Behavioral health nursing experience:
- 1 year required (inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction recovery, or related)
- 2 years preferred
- Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred
- 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required
