Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the PACU, including scheduling, care coordination, and clinical support
- Assist in building workflows and operational processes for a new hospital unit
- Support staff training, education, and logistical needs, such as ordering supplies
- Foster a collaborative, adaptable team environment in a fast-paced, evolving unit
Qualifications:
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; 4-Year/Bachelor’s degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred. - Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (required; or must obtain upon hire)
