• Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Ambulatory Care Unit, including patient flow, staffing support, and care coordination
• Support the development and optimization of clinical workflows and operational processes in an outpatient setting
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing and support staff
• Assist with staff education, onboarding, and competency development
• Support supply management, equipment needs, and unit logistics
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered, and adaptable team environment

Licensure/Certification:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• BLS required; additional certifications as required by the unit (or ability to obtain upon hire)
