We're hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our night shift on a unit that cares for adult patients with diverse needs — including IV therapy, wound care, ports, G-tubes, dialysis, and occasional stable trachs. Our team partners with local Primary Care and Specialty Providers to improve communication, streamline discharges, and reduce readmissions through strategic partnership to benefit our patients. We're a fun, supportive team that loves developing new nurses and providing excellent care to our community.

Sign-on bonus available up to $30,000 and Relocation up to $7,500!
- Schedule: 7pm - 7am, Night Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 11p-7a)

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience:
- One year of Nursing Experience, required.
- For applicants with less than one year of nursing experience in an RN capacity, please refer to the RN Residency Program.
- One year relevant experience, preferred.
- One year of Nursing Experience, required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, IV management, wound care, and hands‑on hygiene support to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes
Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary team members, fostering strong teamwork and smooth daily workflow
Coordinate patient needs across the care continuum, including partnering with the dialysis unit for patients requiring specialized treatment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation while supporting a stable, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and long‑term career mobility
