What We Offer

Novant Health is hiring for a Cardiac Telemetry RN (Congestive Heart Failure Focus) for the night shift at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We’re offering up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus as well as $7,500 relocation.

    Part‑Time, 0.6 FTE, 48 Hours per 2 weeks, 12‑Hour Night Shift (7 p‑7 a)

What You’ll Do
  • Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support system
  • Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi‑State/Compact required.
  • One‑year relevant experience preferred.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board‑approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
