Eldercare is Wilmington’s oldest private duty home‑care company. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Nurse to join our family and grow with us. This role will combine your RN expertise with the day‑to‑day business operations.

This is a full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, with participation in an RN on‑call rotation. The position is based out of our Wilmington office.

Salary: $72,000–$83,000 per year.

• Visiting clients, conducting assessments, and developing a Plan of Care
• Training and overseeing field staff
• Case management
• Performing employee and client supervisory visits
• Staff education
• Participate in on‑call rotation

• Evidence of current Registered Nurse Licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
• 1 year RN and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Home care experience preferred
• Special consideration for applicants with previous experience and knowledge of personal care services, private duty nursing services, and intellectual developmental disabilities services
