This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new PACU while delivering exceptional post‑anesthesia care to surgical patients.

- Provide high‑quality post‑anesthesia care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures
- Monitor and assess patients emerging from anesthesia, ensuring airway stability, pain control, and hemodynamic support
- Collaborate closely with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
- Utilize critical‑thinking skills and PACU‑specific expertise to support safe patient recovery and transitions of care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Current, valid North Carolina RN license or Multi‑State/Compact license required
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare‑equivalent setting required - Prior ASC or outpatient surgery suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred
