JOB DETAILS :
Target Ratios: 1:5-6 16 - 26 weeks accepted
Shift: 12 hr NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours.
*** RTO: 7 DAYS MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER
*** Floating Requirement:
Floating required Weekend Requirement: 12-16 per contract
** Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed PATIENT DIAGNOSES: diabetes, dementia, COVID, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, encephalopathy, GI bleed, anemia, hip fracture.
CHF, UTI, various surgical recovery cases, renal failure, hypertension, cellulitis, failure to thrive SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:multi level care to include stepdown (cared for by stepdown staff, not M/S staff) UNIT SYSTEMS:
Pyxis, Epic, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: based on unit needs UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day. SCRUBS:
