Assembly Technician

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wilmington, NC, for an Assembly Technician. The Assembly Technician will perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly of products, ensuring precision in the use of hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment. Responsibilities include adhering to quality control standards, inspecting assembled products, and collaborating with team members to maintain production efficiency and quality. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to the role.

• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience or skills in soldering and mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to inspect assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as an Assembly Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certifications or training in related fields are a plus.
