Drives Ltd. are expanding our operations to Wilmington, North Carolina, and we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Production Assembly Team. This is a unique chance to be part of a growing organization that values collaboration, innovation, and employee growth.

As a Production Assembly Team Member, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our customers receive high‑quality, custom‑manufactured parts and enclosures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and finishing custom enclosures, parts, and components according to customer specifications.
• Testing and packaging completed units to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
• Receiving goods and materials at the production facility and ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Preparing and shipping completed units to customers, adhering to all shipping guidelines and schedules.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting products to maintain strict quality assurance.
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production deadlines and solve challenges.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe by following company policies and safety guidelines.
• Participating in on‑the‑job training to continuously develop your skills.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with computer hardware or assembling computer components.
• Familiarity with tools and machinery used in production and assembly.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or inventory management.
• Ability to read and follow detailed technical instructions.
