As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will lead three H&R Block offices, managing teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. You will oversee associate development, ensure excellent client service, and meet growth objectives. Prior tax experience is not required.
This role starts with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall, transitioning to full-time from January to April, including evenings and weekends. The position requires in-person work in the offices.
Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries. You will manage staffing, operations, and logistics, collaborate with the District General Manager on growth plans, assist in recruiting, conduct performance reviews, and foster an engaging team environment. You may also prepare tax returns upon completing necessary training.
Key skills include people management, growth execution, decision-making, communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with successful tax knowledge assessment completion.
