Landscape Maintenance Director

We’re looking for a Maintenance Director to lead our landscape maintenance division and ensure our clients’ properties always look their best. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee people, processes, and performance across all maintenance accounts—while shaping the future of our division.

• Lead & Inspire Teams:
  Oversee account managers, operations managers, and maintenance crews—driving performance, training, and team culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence:
  Manage scheduling, routing, and workflows to deliver on-time, high-quality service.
• Build Client Relationships:
  Serve as the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Manage Budgets & Resources:
  Oversee division budgets, labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure Quality & Safety:
  Uphold high service standards, enforce safety protocols, and conduct site visits to ensure excellence across all accounts.

• 5+ years in landscape maintenance (or related field), with at least 3 years in leadership.
• A bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Business, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success managing large teams and complex operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgets, pricing, and contract oversight.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices, maintenance equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365;
  Aspire experience is a plus.
