Port City Family Law is a domestic litigation practice law firm with located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

* Qualifications:

* -JD from an ABA Accredited School

-Admission to the North Carolina State Bar

-2-5 years of experience practicing family law

-Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures

- Experience with Child Custody, Child Support, Agreement & Modifications, Divorce, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection.

-Knowledge of and experience in litigation.

-Self-confident and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

* Job Responsibilities:

* -Represent clients in family law matters, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.

-Appear in court for family law matters the firm has been hired on.

-Conduct family law consultations and intakes with potential clients and advise on their case and how the firm can best represent them, while setting realistic expectations.

-Draft legal documents, including agreements, pleadings, motions and orders.

-Conduct legal research and analysis.

-Communicate efficiently with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

* Compensation*:

Base Salary of $60,000-$100,000K a year. xrlwcon

Performance bonus (based on individual and business performance to be evaluated annually)
